• For the enjoyment of all of our guests, pets are NOT allowed anywhere on our property.
• Our property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• Please note that our cottages are NOT handicap accessible due to our terrain.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.
• Cottage reservations for July 2 - September 5 are weekly only. (Sat to Sat). Suite reservations for July 2 - September 5 have a 2 day minimum.
• All Cottages & Suites are NON-SMOKING UNITS. There Will Be an Additional $250 Charge If Smoking Occurs in These Units. The same charge will apply if other offensive orders remain in the unit upon checkout (ie: cooking).
• All boats, regardless of size, and PWC's must be docked - no beaching.
• Deposits required: $500. for weekly stays; 50% of total for less than weekly stays. Payable by check only. (DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE)
• BIKE WEEK DEPOSITS: One-third due on 2/2/2010 & 4/1/2010 and in full by 6/1/2010. Payable by check only. (DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE)
• NASCAR DEPOSITS: One-half due by check only on 2/2/2010 and balance due upon arrival by check only. (DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE)
• Master Card, Visa & Discover are accepted for final balances due upon arrival (except NASCAR).
• For July & August weekly rental deposit refunds will be considered IF we receive two months notice and the unit can be re-rented for the full week. A $25.00 cancellation processing fee applies.
• Personal checks are only accepted for reservation deposits made 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Rates DO NOT include the 9% New Hampshire Meals & Rentals tax.
• Five boat docks are available, by reservation, for $125. per dock per week (or $20./night).
• Cribs and cots are available, by reservation, for $50. per week per piece ($10./night).
• All cottages and suites have shower, heater, A/C, fan, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, vacuum, coffee pot, microwave, sheets, blankets, dish towels/cloths & toaster.
• In ALL units please bring your own face cloths, bath towels and beach towels (except Bike Week).
• Our units are ALL SELF-HOUSEKEEPING UNITS (no daily staff housekeeping). All units are expected to be left broom swept, trash out and beds stripped. Credit card will be charged if not done.
• "Special Events", such as Bike Week, both NASCAR Weekends, Timberman Race, Soul Fest and "Holiday Weekends" i.e.: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekends are handled differently. Please call.
