The house was difficult to find as it blended in with other rentals and condos up and down the street and we drove past it, but as we'd let Patrick know the time of our arrival he was already there, responded immediately to a text on the app and flagged us down. House is dated, but clean and well kept. Furniture and kitchen could use updating, but for the price more than adequate. Plenty of room, comfortable for 5 guys in town for ice fishing and skiing, who weren't going to spend much time there. We had a couple of small quibbles, but have communicated with the owner directly and he appreciated the feedback and said he'd make updates accordingly (again, very accommodating). Bottom line: if you're looking for a house that sleeps 5-6, is walking distance to restaurants and is right on the lake all for a reasonable rate, this is a good bet.…
