Proctor's Lakehouse Cottages on Lake Winnipesaukee

All of our units are newly updated and decorated with Lakes Region and boating memorabilia. Each is named after one of the islands on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our 20 sites range from cozy to family size with accommodations for up to seven guests.

Rolling picnic lawns, our 350 foot private sandy beach, the tree-shaded country porch and the sun deck provide wonderful points for watching the ongoing parade of boats at our water's edge.

Excursions for the adventurous are with-in walking distance and offer something for everyone in the family.  Water park slides, Mill Museums are just a few of the neighborhood attractions.

Breakfast, Dinner or Moonlight Cruises aboard New Hampshire's famous "M/S Mount Washington" excursion boat allow you to see and savor the area we call "HOME".

The NH International Speedway, Gunstock Recreational Area and the White Mountain National Forest are only a short drive. These are just a few of the attractions and historical sites in the area.

A one room cottage with heat and air-conditioning, 50 feet from the beach, with picnic table, charcoal grill and 2 Adirondack chairs on the beach. It has a queen bed and futon and sleeps a maximum of 3 people. Also included is a kitchenette with 2 refrigerators, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glasses and silverware. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, but please bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and beach towels. More Info

A two bedroom cottage with heat and air-conditioning, on the beach, with picnic table, charcoal grill and 2 Adirondack chairs. It has a double bed in each bedroom, a double sleep sofa in the living room and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Also included is a full kitchen with 2 burner cook top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glasses and silverware. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, but please bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and beach towels. More Info

There is no living room. Also included is a full kitchen with 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glasses and silverware.
